What the Fee Does — and Does Not — Do
The fee does buy

The fee does not buy
- ✗ A guarantee that the asset is available
- ✗ The equipment, vessel or service itself
- ✗ A credit or deposit against final costs
- ✗ A fixed sourcing timeframe
- ✗ A refund if you change your mind
Be clear on this before you pay. Payment of the sourcing fee does not guarantee that the
requested equipment, vessel, transport or contractor will be available. The fee pays for the
sourcing work itself. Final supplier, rental, transport, charter and procurement costs are
separate and are agreed directly as part of the commercial arrangement.
